Today we will continue testing the capabilities of the Soxhlet Extractor. For the experiment, I prepared a grain distillate. Let's try to give homemade Whiskey the effect of aging in an oak barrel. To do this, pour the distillate into the distillation cube of the Luxstahl 8M moonshine still and dilute it to drinking strength. Place medium-roasted oak sticks in the Extractor bin, at a rate of 4 grams per liter of Whiskey. Heat the still and extract the oak sticks in 5 cycles. Let the still cool down and taste what you got.
