Yeliz Yirmibeş Lale, a mother of twins living in Istanbul, wants to return to work after a three-year break. She first researched public nurseries. However, she could not send her children to these institutions due to insufficient capacity. Now she sends her children to a private nursery, but she is worried: “I was able to send them half a day because my budget was not enough, if I can find a job I will send them full time.
