After that she decided to enter the entertainment industry. She then joined the Srimulat comedy group. Being in this group made her name increasingly known to the public. Nunung then joined the television program Opera Van Java. At that time she hosted the show together with Parto Patrio, Sule, Andre Taulany, and Azis Gagap. Nunung had starred in various entertaining television shows. Including Srimulat, Opera Van Java, Sahurnya Ramadan, The Blusukan, Santuy Malam, Anak Sekolah, GILS, and others.
