Share this video with your friend: • NR 07 PCMSO 2023 Main Changes Hello, in this video I will talk about the main updates of the new NR 07 through ordinances SEPRT 6,734 of 03/09/2020 and MTP No. 567 of March 10, 2022. Some of the main changes are: • Purpose of the PCMSO According to the organization's PGR; • Passive and Active Surveillance; • The employer must indicate a physician responsible for the PCMSO; • If there is no occupational physician in the location, any other physician can be responsible for the PCMSO; • Analytical report; • Contestation of the PGR by the physician responsible for the PCMSO; • Occupational risk assessment; • Periodic every 2 years for employees not exposed to risks; • Dismissals can take advantage of periodic assessments; • ASO made available in physical form to the worker; • Definition of whistleblower and unfit in the ASO; • Identifying excessive exposure and reassessing the PGR; • Reassessing workers' medical examinations; • Electronic medical records; • Comparison of the results in the analytical report with previous years; • MEI, ME and EPP are no longer required to prepare PCMSO; • Changes to appendices 1 and 3; • Among others that you can check out in the video.
