Known as the “Capital of the Ivinhema Valley”, Nova Andradina-MS has a strategic location at the confluence of Mato Grosso do Sul, São Paulo and Paraná, contributing to the expansion of its economy, mainly regarding cattle raising and slaughter, which earned it the title of “Capital of Cattle”, due to its importance. But it is also known as the 'Smiling City'. Well, there is no shortage of nicknames. The last census showed that the city has 48,563 inhabitants. The region was colonized by Antônio Joaquim de Moura Andrade around 1938, the same person who founded Andradina-SP in 1932. Antônio Joaquim de Moura Andrade was a farmer and the largest cattle breeder in Brazil. He even had the nickname of the famous King of Cattle. You'll see!
