I was drawn to the gorgeous boat-shaped platters and headed to a guesthouse on Noto Island. I stopped by Takeuchi's "Miso Manju," a Noto Island specialty, and had lunch at Noto Island's soba restaurant "Nama Soba Enju." I then revisited "Notojima Aquarium" for the first time in a long while, and then went to "Sansui-so," a hotel with a romantic boat-shaped platter atmosphere.
