Four years ago, Vasile and Alexandru Frosineac, father and son, proposed to the two brothers with special needs, Gabriel and Oleg Diaciuc from the city of Glodeni, to register two cars, brought from abroad, in their names. According to a Government Decision from 2016, people with locomotor disabilities benefit from the right to introduce cars into the country and register them in circulation, without paying customs duties. The facilities are offered with the obligation that the people with special needs be the real beneficiaries of the means of transport.
