Potatoes - 1 kg Any meat - 500 gr Onions - 2 pcs. (150 gr) Carrots - 2 pcs. (150 gr) Salt - to taste Black pepper - to taste Bay leaf - 1 pc. Flour – 150 g (approximately) Kefir – 100 ml Salt – 1/3 tsp Soda – ¼ tsp Dill – 1 bunch Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp Garlic – 3 cloves 1. Mix flour, kefir at room temperature, salt, soda and knead soft dough. Cover with foil and leave to rest while you work on the other ingredients. Cut the onion and carrot into cubes. Cut the potatoes into larger cubes. 2. Fry the pieces of meat in a thick-walled pan until golden brown. 3. Add the onion, then the carrot after 5-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes. 4. Add the potatoes, add a little salt to taste. Pour boiling water over the potatoes, leaving a depth of about 0.5-1 cm. Add the bay leaf. Simmer under a closed lid for 20 minutes. 5. Mix vegetable oil with garlic. Finely chop the dill. 6. Roll out the dough thinly. Grease with garlic vegetable oil, sprinkle with dill. 7. Roll into a roll. Cut into separate pieces about 2 cm long. 8. Place noodles (strudel) on the potatoes, they should be steamed.
