Enjoy watching and have a happy Eid💙 ___NO-OVEN FRESH CAKE WITH SILK CREAM___ ✔This Pastry Cream recipe that I have given before has been tried and tested with great appreciation and is even used in many boutique cafes. I was very happy. ✔You can use your Pastry Cream in all your cakes. ✔You can adjust the consistency of this Cream as you like, either make it thick and use it in cake shaping, or make it light and soft and make fresh cake cream, all of them give guaranteed results. ✔If you want, you can serve it in a cup with biscuits and fruits as a dessert, it will be great. ✔I explained all the details of making Cream in my video, I recommend you watch it before trying. ✔Enjoy your meal in advance to my friends who will make it🌱 Here are the ingredients⤵️ The measurement I used: 250 ml water glass 125 ml tea glass 🔹️3 egg yolks 🔹️5 cups Milk 🔹️1 cup Flour 🔹️1 tea glass Starch 🔹️1 cup Sugar 🔹️75 g Butter 🔹️2 packs of Vanilla 🔹️1 pack Cream (200 ml) 🔹️half a tea glass Milk 🔹️1 pack of ladyfinger biscuits 🔹️1.5 cups Milk 🔹️optional 2 tablespoons Jam (cherry, strawberry, raspberry.. etc.) Good luck 🍀 ENGLISH: I used 2 different cups for this recipe: cup(1) = 250ml cup(2) = 125ml The ingredients are the following: 🔹️3 egg yolks 🔹️5 cups(1) of milk 🔹️1 cup(1) of flour 🔹️1 cup(2) of starch 🔹️1 cup(1) of sugar 🔹️75g of butter 🔹️2 sachets of vanilla sugar 🔹️1 tetra pack (200ml) of cream/whipping cream 🔹️1/2 cup(2) of milk 🔹️1 packet of sponge fingers 🔹️1 1/2 cups(1) of milk 🔹️2 tablespoons of jam (strawberry, cherry, raspberry etc. ...)
