Prepare a cake mold or ring, press the biscuit base well on the bottom, then refrigerate. (It is worth using waxed paper on the side of the cake) *For the cream, whip the cold whipped cream with the cold mascarpone (do not make it rock hard), during this time swell the gelatin in five times the amount of cold water.
