Nissan Terrano 1st generation automatic transmission in emergency mode. The client contacted with a problem, the automatic transmission works in emergency mode (drives only at 2 speeds). During the conversation, it turned out that everything happened after replacing the fuel injection pump. The difficulty was that this car does not have any diagnostics. We barely found the diagram and it was not of the best quality. But this was enough to start ringing the wires. Initially, suspicions fell on the solenoid wires, but after ringing everything turned out to be fine. Then they began to ring the input shaft wire and, oddly enough, many problems were found there. In fact, it was repaired in three places (changed the connector, corrected the errors of the previous repair and soldered the wires at the end of the sensor). After a test drive, the speeds began to turn on, but they could not check the inclusion of the fourth speed, explaining this by the fact that they could not accelerate it to the desired speed. They gave the car back and when the client drove on the highway, he realized that it would not turn on the fourth speed. After the call, we agreed to meet another time. And when the car was back with us, we started ringing the gas pedal sensor (TPS) wires, they turned out to be intact. But its readings were completely wrong. We found an article on how to adjust it, did everything as expected. After another test drive, everything worked, the fourth speed began to turn on. The price of the issue is 5700 rubles. Work time is 1.5 days https://vk.com/club125719026 https://www.instagram.com/avto_elektr...
