"Tsukuri" and "Kusashi" of throwing techniques. How to place your hips, how to close your center of gravity, how to use your elbows, Tsurite, Hikite, Kumite fights, and Clangaku are difficult to convey unless you practice with a small number of people or one-on-one. This time, we also taught throwing techniques that are not Zeroshiki, O-koshi, and O-soto-gari. We also taught how to deal with ground techniques and counter techniques. Usually, when a large number of people with different ages, levels, and special skills practice together, the focus tends to be on the lowest common denominator basic training and free randori. On the other hand, when there are few people, it is a chance for individual instruction and technical training. It would be good to learn something new while there are no tournaments! The most important thing to always have high-quality training is the awareness, spirit, and brain activity of the kenshi himself. The key is motivation and ingenuity! It was built in 1951 in Abeno, Osaka, inheriting the predecessor Hong Hua Hui (1922-). It boasts a 70-year history as a comprehensive martial arts center for not only Nippon Kempo, but also judo, kendo, iaido, and other disciplines. The inscription "mutual prosperity" that has been hanging since the dojo was built was handwritten by Jigoro Kano, the founder of judo, and the Yatagarasu crest used on the association flag was inherited from the late chairman Kuroyama Takamaro of the Hongka-kai, one of the birthplaces of Nippon Kempo and one of Japan's leading martial arts organizations for judo, kendo, karate, etc. before the war.
