Hey! In today's episode, I'm taking you on a walk around Nikiszowiec - a famous, historic housing estate in Katowice. The walk took place on July 30, 2023 - during the annual Fair 🎪 (fair) at Grandma Anna's - thanks to this, you can feel the unique Silesian atmosphere even more. Nikiszowiec is a historic workers' estate, built in 1908-1919 for miners of the ⛏ "Giesche" mine. The estate was designed by architects Emil and Georg Zillmann from Charlottenburg.
