The trip from Xian to Beijing takes 10 hours, which we spent on a cozy sleeper train that, fortunately, was actually quite comfortable. Unfortunately, on the other hand, they don't serve food and there's absolutely nothing for you to buy, and the train doesn't make any stops. So what do you do when you get hungry in the middle of the night? Make your own noodles on the train, of course! And since we weren't that hungry, we tried three of them, all very different types... and very spicy, of course!
