About :

. Born in Ankara in 1972. Graduated from the Biology Department of the Faculty of Science at Hacettepe University. Completed her master's degree at the Histology-Embryology Department of the Faculty of Medicine at Ondokuz Mayıs University and her doctorate at the Physiology Department of the same institution. Between 2004-2015, she worked as a faculty member at the medical faculties of various universities. Between 2016-2023, she served as a faculty member at the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Üsküdar University and as the Head of the Neuromarketing Master's Program. Dr. Canan continues her work on developing neuroscience-based individual and corporate education with the education and research center AçıkBeyin, which she founded in Istanbul in 2017.
