In this live broadcast on March 15, 2023, Labor Inspector Mauro Marques Müller presented the new tool for registering the SESMT, giving you access to everything you need to know, regardless of the current status of your SESMT. Check out a summary of the main changes and obligations below: Since the new wording of NR 04 came into effect (November 9, 2022), published through Ordinance MTP No. 2,318, of August 3, 2022, the organization must register the SESMT with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. It is necessary to inform and keep the following data updated: Individual Taxpayer Registration Number - CPF of the professionals who are part of the SESMT; qualification and registration number of the professionals; established degree of risk; number of workers served, by establishment and working hours of the SESMT professionals. For services already in operation, registered in the previous tool (http://sesmt.mte.gov.br/), it will be necessary to carry out a new registration through the GovBR Portal, at the following electronic address: https://www.gov.br/pt-br/servicos/reg... , due to the provision of art. 4 of Ordinance No. 2,318 of 2022. In the same sense, as of January 2, 2023, the SESMT in operation must be resized, in accordance with the new rule, and the registration must be carried out in the tool.
