AVTOVAZ has shown a long-awaited new product - a budget sedan LADA ISKRA, built on the basis of the new Dacia Sandero. LADA ISKRA will go on sale in the spring of 2025 with 1.6 engines with a capacity of 90 and 106 hp at a price of 1.1 to 1.5 million rubles. There will be three gearbox options: the base engine will receive a 5-speed manual transmission, and the 106-horsepower one will be available with a 6-speed Chinese manual transmission and a CVT (also Chinese). There will be two body types - a sedan and a station wagon, and the station wagon will also be available in a cross version with increased ground clearance and a plastic body kit. All versions will enter the market at the same time.
