Continuing its operations until 2010, Keyifshop became a destination for many people interested in the world of food and beverage. Trust” Advanced Course, “Beer Academy” Advanced Course in London, then “Le Cordon Bleu” in France and Master’s in Taste, Gastronomy and Table Arts at Reims University, wrote a thesis on the Journey of Wine in Anatolia. His master’s degree enabled him to master many subjects from molecular gastronomy to the subtleties of the champagne world, from cheese to taste perception, from the cultural and economic effects of gastronomy to food and restaurant criticism. Türkkan continues to add to his knowledge. Türkkan, who was honored with the title of “Keepers of the Quaich”, the guardian of the whiskey bowl in Scotland in 2022 for his contributions to the whiskey world, has the title of Saint-Emilion Wine Knight for the Jurade de Saint-Emilion in France. Due to his special curiosity and love, he first received training on cheese making in London and Normandy, and participated in internships. His studies and presentations on the harmony of beer, whiskey and cheese continue. He shares his knowledge with professionals and enthusiasts by giving trainings on many platforms, organizing tastings, providing consultancy, and recently writing columns in newspapers and magazines such as Oksijen. Türkkan, who was awarded medals by the French and Chilean governments for his activities in the field of Food & Beverage, is happy to tell people about the things he enjoys in life and to create a spark of curiosity in their eyes.
