Put a wok on with 4 tbsp oil and fry your eggs until scrambled and remove your eggs from the pan. 2 Put the wok back on the heat with 4 tbsp oil and let it get hot. Now throw in your shallots and garlic and fry for 1 minute. 3 Now throw in your leek and carrots and fry them for 4 minutes. Now throw in your cooked rice with your vegetables and stir-fry the whole lot for 4 minutes. Now throw in your corn and peas. 4 Add 4 tbsp Nasi Trafasi and 1 tsp Trasi Trafasi and stir everything well and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add a handful of celery leaves and chopped spring onion. STIR! DONE! Javanese Satay Ingredients 500 gr chicken thighs 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped 1 onion, roughly chopped 1 tbsp Faja Lobi Nasi Trafasi 1 bag Faja Lobi Pinda Sembel 1 onion, chopped 2 tbsp sunflower oil 2 cloves garlic, pressed 1/2 madam Jeanette, chopped 150 ml coconut milk 1 Cut your chicken thighs into cubes and throw them in a bowl. Cut your garlic and onions into large pieces and throw them with your sliced chicken. Throw in 1 tbsp Nasi Trafasi and stir it together. Let this marinate for at least 1 hour, but longer is better. 2 Chop your onion and put it in a pan with 2 tbsp oil. After 2 minutes, gently fry your onions, now squeeze 2 cloves of garlic in and throw in your chopped madam Jeanette and fry for another 2 minutes. 3 Add your coconut milk and let it simmer very gently. Now throw in your entire bag of Pinda Sembel and stir well with a whisk. Let this reduce to the desired thickness. 4 After marinating for an hour, skewer your chicken, turn on the BBQ and grill away. Satay done? Throw in your sauce and you're done. Sour Ingredients 1 cucumber, sliced 2 onions, in half rings 6 tbsp granulated sugar 2 star anise 1 cinnamon stick 1/2 tsp salt 250 ml warm water 250 ml vinegar 1 Cut your onions and cucumber and throw everything in a bowl. Throw in your star anise, cinnamon stick and salt together with your vinegar and water. 2 Mix everything with your claws and preferably leave in the fridge overnight. DONE!
