It is the largest project of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Foundation. The festival, which took place in the year of the Foundation's 25th anniversary with the participation of UNESCO and EMCY (European Association of International Youth Competitions), annually brings together young talented musicians, artists, dance groups and young circus performers from all over the world.
