My week from a week full of events. Instructions for granola: 3 dl large oatmeal 3 dl chopped different nuts or almonds 50 g coconut flakes 1/2 teaspoon fine salt 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 dl syrup 3/4 dl olive oil Measure the rolled oats, nuts, coconut flakes, salt and spices into a large bowl. Add syrup and oil. Mix thoroughly. Spread the mass on baking paper on a baking sheet. Roast the mass in a 150-degree oven for 30-40 minutes, until the granola has roasted to a beautiful color.
