Kayra's mother Aylin left them when Kayra was a baby, and so that his little girl wouldn't suffer the pain of being abandoned, Nejat told her that her mother had very important duties in Africa and wrote letters to his daughter through her mother's mouth for years. As Kayra's 6th birthday approaches, Nejat learns that Kayra's mother is expecting her to come on her birthday. Although Nejat tries to distract Kayra from this thought, the little girl believes with great enthusiasm that her mother will come. Desperate, Nejat tries to reach his ex-wife Aylin, whom he hasn't spoken to for years. Suna Doğan is about to achieve her dream that she has been trying to realize for a long time. She will reopen her mother's pudding shop, which she lost when she was a little girl, and keep her mother's memory alive. When their family heirloom coffeehouse is seized due to the debt her brother Rafet took out, all of Suna's dreams turn into a handful of dust. Suna and her family have to find 200 thousand TL in a few days in order not to lose the family's source of income. While the whole family is desperately searching for a way out, Nejat, who is looking for a location for a commercial, ends up at the coffeehouse. When Suna thinks that Nejat is a greedy businessman who wants to buy the coffeehouse, she does worse than kicking him out. Suna later learns who Nejat is and regrets what she did. She thinks that if Nejat rents the coffeehouse for the commercial, she will get at least some of the money. With the encouragement of her sister Saniye and her best friend Burcu, she sets off to apologize to Nejat. In the meantime, Nejat, who has made sure that his ex-wife Aylin will not come, is preparing to tell the truth to his daughter Kayra. While Nejat, who thinks that Kayra will be devastated, is in a miserable state, Suna appears at his door with an apology cake in her hand. Suna forcibly invites herself in and the events that follow get out of Suna and Nejat's control. In the morning, a new surprise awaits Suna and Nejat. Kayra, who saw Suna at home on the morning of her birthday, thinks that she is her mother Aylin.
