Ingredients for the baked potatoes for 4 - 6 people: 1900 g of potatoes 300 g of Cluj bacon 200 g of smoked deli bacon 160 g of smoked sausage 130 g of debreceni sauce 200 g of 20% sour cream 6 heads of red onion 6 - 7 cloves of garlic 5 whole eggs 1 bunch of parsley 1 piece of hot pepper 3 pinched small teaspoon of salt 2 heaped teaspoons of sweet noble red pepper 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper 1 teaspoon of ground cumin 100 ml water (can be omitted if you are working with potatoes with a high water content) 1 sheet of aluminum foil (can be omitted if there is a lid on the baking sheet) Baking tray size: 37 x 30 x 6 cm Bake the assembled food in an oven at 220 degrees C, bottom-up baking mode, on the middle shelf for 65 minutes, after removing the aluminum foil, bake at 240 - 250 degrees C for another 20 minutes.
