Mix everything in a bowl 2. Pour into a glass container and screw the lid on tightly 3. Leave to stand in a warm place for 3 days covered with a cloth 4. After 3 days, place in the refrigerator. Shelf life (from my experience, I simply haven't tested longer intervals): Unopened approx. 3-4 months, after opening approx. 2 months.
