Find me on social media: ❂ Instagram: / lloydlng ❂ Facebook: / lloydlangyoutube ——————————————————————— MY VEGAN ESSENTIALS PRODUCTS & MEALS PORRIDGE (2 people): 1 glass of Oat Flakes (100g) 2 glasses of Water (48cl) 2 heaped tbsp of Compote ????????Serve with fruit, a drizzle of vegetable milk, maple syrup and nut butter. PHILADELPHIA VEGAN (1 bowl): 1 500g pot of Plain Soy Yogurt (Sojade or Sojasun brand) Chives Dried Onion Salt ????????Leave the yogurt to drain in a colander covered with a milk cloth, gauze or a clean tea towel overnight in a cool place and season. CREAMY PASTA (2 people): Sauce: 250g of Plain Soy Yogurt 4 tbsp of Dietetic Yeast (35g) 2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp of Kelpamare or Maggi Juice Good pinch of Pepper + 200g of raw Pasta ???????? Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and heat for a few minutes over low heat. Pour in the pasta immediately after draining and serve with the garnish of your choice. SOUP (6 people): 3 large potatoes 3 large carrots 1 large turnip 1 branch of Cellern 1/4 small pumpkin 1 onion 1 bowl of kale or classic cabbage 1.5 vegetable stock cubes 1 nice pinch of bouquet garni 1 bay leaf 3 tbsp tomato sauce (optional) ????????Simmer for 1 hour after boiling. The soup is always better reheated, I keep it in the fridge and reheat it by putting vermicelli or alphabet pasta in it :) I serve it with a nice spoonful of plain soy yogurt, lemon juice and why not avocado (Mexican style). CREPES (about 20 crepes): 600g of Wheat Flour 40g of Cornstarch 1 Liter of Vanilla Soy Milk 60cl of Water (probably allow more after resting time to thin) 2 Sachets of Vanilla Sugar 1 good dash of Rum (or replace with the juice and zest of an orange) ????????Leave the mixture to sit in the fridge for an hour. Add water if necessary and cook in a well-oiled frying pan over high heat for about 1 minute on each side or until golden brown :) Store in an airtight container in the fridge!
