Some daily stages have already been published on Instagram and Facebook. Here on YouTube, the film can now be seen in its entirety in FullHD and with all the exciting bike experiences in the amazing high alpine mountain world around the Matterhorn. It is a round trip that starts in Fiesch in Switzerland and leads up to the largest glacier in the Alps, the Aletsch Glacier. Here we were able to experience part of the Swiss Stoneman on really exciting trails. We then went on to Zermatt for the "Bike Love Festival". This is where the MTB stars of the world meet every year for an exciting downhill race. Zermatt is well equipped with interesting MTB trails and invites us to spend an EXTRA day exploring them. Things get exciting when we cross the glacier over the Theodul Pass to Italy. At the Theodul Hut or on the Plateau Rosa, we reach an altitude of 3400m with ice and snow... luckily with good weather. After having to contend with constant rain for the first two days, we are rewarded here with a white snow cover in the high alpine terrain. Our journey takes us along lonely paths into a long, uninhabited valley, which we call the Gran Lago valley, which leads to Campoluc and runs eastwards south of the Monte Rosa massif. With 11 hours of touring, this day was the longest and most strenuous day of our 7-day Alpine cross tour. The Col de Nannaz in Italy is also interesting, taking us back towards the Matterhorn in Breuil Cervinia. From here we can see what the Matterhorn looks like from the Italian side. We have to cross the Theodul Pass again and now experience our first glacier descent. This day is unforgettable, as it has some amazing trails: the Matterhorn Glacier Trail, the Fairy Tale Trail and the endless Edelweiss Trail. On the last day we spontaneously change our plans so that we can still visit the Aletsch Glacier. We were unable to reach it on the first day due to fog, rain and toothache. We are all the more excited to now be able to ski the mighty Aletsch glacier and part of the famous Stoneman in Switzerland. In conclusion, it must be said that the incomparably beautiful Swiss mountains with their impressive glacier world are simply worth a trip!
