About :

A new quality of bus transport in Poznań was introduced by the huge deliveries of low-floor MANs and Neoplans, which took place at the turn of the 1990s and 2000s. Then came the modern Solaris buses, and since 2005 all buses purchased have had air conditioning in the passenger compartment. Thanks to these actions, 10 years ago there were no high-floor buses in Poznań. We can say that a certain level of transport standard has been achieved. In a few months, the last buses without air conditioning will disappear from the city. This will be another step towards higher and higher comfort in public transport vehicles. Two years ago, another stage of transport modernization began - electromobility. Next year, MPK will operate 58 electric buses.
