The first bricks for the construction of the Moura Dubeux (MDNE3) development company were laid by three engineer brothers: Aluísio, Marcos and Gustavo Dubeux. And it all started 40 years ago, when the company launched its first project in Recife, the capital of Pernambuco. Today, the company has become synonymous with high-end real estate, with an average cost of R$15,000 per square meter, and is already present in seven capitals in the Northeast region. In 2020, the company carried out its IPO and raised more than one billion reais. With a full cash flow, it was able to deleverage and reduce its debt. The people who told the story of the company up to the present day were Gustavo Dubeux, one of the founders, and Diego Vilar, the current CEO of the company, the guests on episode 156 of the podcast From Zero to the Top.
