The video films the three variants available at Västtrafik, the 31.. series, the 32.. series and 3182 (3182 and 3183 differ as they previously belonged to the X trains). The 31..-series and the 32..-series differ, among other things, in the interior and that the 32..-series has a door beep before closing, something the 31..-series lacks. 3182 and 3183 also have a door beep when closing, but this is different from the 32.. series. The lights that show that the doors are open also differ between the two production series. In addition to this, there are probably even more details we have missed or are not thinking about now. Västtrafik has had a total of 23 X11s in its possession, out of a total of 49 manufactured. These were manufactured between 1985 and 1993 by ASEA in Västerås. The trains have a maximum speed of 140 km/h in contrast to X12 and X14 which can run at up to 160 km/h. The plan at Västtrafik has long been to scrap these when the X80 trains arrive.
