About :

Ingredients: 500 g carrots water salt For the sauce: 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tsp honey 3 cloves garlic 5 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red pepper 1/2 tsp cumin (kammun) 1 tsp paprika a few sprigs of fresh parsley, you can also add fresh cilantro. Preparation: Cut the carrots into large circles, pour boiling water over the carrots in a saucepan, add 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil and cook under the lid for another 15 minutes. Drain the water, put the hot carrots in a bowl with the prepared sauce. Mix everything. For the sauce, add to a bowl: lemon juice, garlic, salt, finely chopped parsley and cilantro, honey, vegetable oil, cumin, paprika, red pepper. Mix everything. Put in the refrigerator to cool. The snack is ready ✅️ Enjoy your meal!
