Hello everyone. Today I'm sharing with you a large birthday cake weighing over 6 kilos. I made this cake for an order, with two of the customers' favorite fillings, which is Ninho with chocolate. I showed you the whole step by step and I hope you like it ❤️ ???? NEST FILLING: ➡️3 boxes of condensed milk (395g each) ➡️4 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️150g of powdered milk ➡️1 tablespoon of butter or margarine (full) ???? CHOCOLATE FILLING: ➡️3 boxes of condensed milk (395g each) ➡️4 boxes of cream (200g each) ➡️150g of chocolate powder (I used 50% cocoa) ➡️200g of semisweet chocolate bar (or if you want milk you can also) ????IF YOU DON'T USE CHOCOLATE BAR, PUT 1 FULL TABLESPOON OF BUTTER OR MARGARINE IN THE RECIPE. ???? CAKE BATTER (Below, I will leave the total amount of ingredients for the batters of this cake, separated, okay? Just like I did in the video, so it doesn't confuse you) ???? 1st BATTER (FOR TWO LAYERS OF BATTER) ➡️6 eggs (large) is important for the rise of the batter, okay? ➡️1 and 1/2 cups of sugar (248g quantity in grams) ➡️2 cups of wheat flour (240g quantity in grams) ➡️1 cup of cocoa powder (90g quantity in grams) ➡️240ml of warm water or warm milk ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder (10g) ????2° DOUGH (FOR ONE LAYER OF DOUGH) ➡️3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs ➡️1 cup of sugar (165g quantity in grams) ➡️1 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour (180g quantity in grams) ➡️1/2 cup of cocoa powder (45g quantity in grams) ➡️120ml of warm water or warm milk ➡️1 tablespoon of baking powder (10g) ????SIZE OF THE FORM I MADE THE DOUGH: 35X25X10 high ????FOR LOW FORM, THE IDEAL SIZE IS: 40X30 ???? SYRUP THAT I WET THE CAKE WITH: ➡️300G of condensed milk ➡️600ml of water ➡️Just mix the two ingredients and the syrup is ready (keep in the fridge until ready to use) ???? DECORATION: ➡️I used 800ml of cold whipped cream (but I beat it with 6 tablespoons of powdered milk, which is optional) ???? IMPACT TIPS I USED IN THE DECORATION: ➡️Leaf tip 113 from Wilton ➡️Icing tip Wilton 2D ➡️Wilton pitanga nozzle 22 ???? IDEAL TRAY SIZE FOR THE SHAPES I MENTIONED ABOVE: ➡️For the 35x25 pan it is the tray (B6) ➡️For the 40x30 pan it is the tray (B7) ????In the video I put it in (B7) because the delivery box, I only found this size, the smaller one where I buy was out of stock ???? ???? CAKE WEIGHT: ➡️Without decoration: 6.622 kg ➡️With decoration: almost 7 kilos ???? WEIGHT I CHARGE PER KILO OF CAKE: ➡️Here I charge per kilo. I charge R$80.00 per kilo for this flavor and traditional flavors (without Nutella and without fruit).
