New trek in Molise. In this episode we walk the M7 path, which starts from the town of Castelnuovo al Volturno and reaches the top of Monte Marrone, 1805 meters above sea level, after crossing an immense beech forest immersed in the Mainarde mountain range. At the end of the M7 path we continued to the house of the painter Charles Moulin to discover where he lived as a hermit for 35 years. The little house is made of stone with dry stone walls, hidden in the woods. The last stop of our trek is the lake of Castel San Vincenzo, where it is possible to camp inside an equipped area, namely the Oasi delle Mainarde.
