The girl with the initials DCN died horribly on her way home after school on Wednesday (11/13). Tragically, the location where DCN died was only 150 meters from her house. The discovery of the victim began when DCN's parents were worried about their daughter who had not returned home. Usually, DCN always returns home on time, namely at 10:00 WIB. The distance between DCN's school and house is only one kilometer and the victim always travels by bicycle. Until 11:00 WIB, DCN's mother, Siti Aningsih, contacted the homeroom teacher and received news that her daughter had returned home at the usual time. Because she was worried, Siti Aningsih invited her husband to look for DCN's whereabouts. The search also involved several of the victim's teachers by tracing DCN's route home. They then found the victim's bicycle in a small river not far from the house. After combing the surrounding area, they found DCN's body lying on his back and his head covered in blood. In addition, the victim's pants were not on. The victim was rushed to the nearest clinic but his life could not be saved. The family agreed to have an autopsy on the victim's body. Banyuwangi Police Chief Kombes Pol Rama Samtama Putra, met at the victim's house on Friday (11/15), said that the police were still investigating this case. A number of pieces of evidence obtained in the field such as bicycles, shoes, lollipops, and clothes were taken to the forensic laboratory for examination.
