To soak the biscuits: 200 ml. of milk. 2 teaspoons of instant coffee, 5 grs. 1 heaped teaspoon of sugar. A splash of sweet muscatel wine. For the coffee syrup: 150 grs. of sugar. 50. of water. 15 grs. of instant coffee. For the mocha cream: 250 grs. of margarine. 2 large eggs + 2 yolks. To decorate: Coffee beans. Almond crumbs.
