#Crab salad Ingredients: 2 packs of frozen crabs (8 crabs), 1/2 cup of soju Vegetables: 1/2 green onion, 1/2 onion, 3 green chili peppers Seasoning: 4T of red pepper powder (for mixing), 10T of red pepper powder (for seasoning), 2 tbsp of minced garlic, 1 tbsp of minced ginger, 5 tbsp of plum extract, 1/2 cup of oligosaccharide, 2 tbsp of anchovy sauce, 1/2 cup of brewed soy sauce, 1. Defrost the frozen crabs under cold running water until they fall off. 2. Remove the unnecessary legs from the frozen crabs that have fallen off. 3. Add the crabs and 1/2 cup of soju to a bowl, mix well with a spatula, and store in the freezer for about 20 minutes. 4. Chop the prepared vegetables into bite-sized pieces. 5. Make the seasoning sauce by adding 10T of red pepper powder, 2T of minced garlic, 1T of minced ginger, 5T of plum extract, 1/2 cup of oligosaccharide, 2T of anchovy sauce, and 1/2 cup of soy sauce to a bowl. 6. Take the crab out of the freezer, add 4T of red pepper powder, and mix gently. 7. Add the seasoning sauce and vegetables and mix well.
