This was the first time I'd ever done this. But the sound was so captivating. He kindly agreed to let me use it as background music for meditation. I hope that as many people as possible will listen to Kazuhiro Oishi's performance and calm their minds.・・・・ I first encountered meditation about 20 years ago after reading a book. At the time, I was struggling with my relationships and career, and felt like it was hard to live. In the midst of all this, I went to learn about meditation and practiced it, and it really changed a lot of things, and I really felt the effects. At the time, I was also teaching mental health training, so I thought about teaching meditation, but the impression at the time was that "meditation = suspicious," so I gave lectures and training programs using breathing techniques, muscle relaxation techniques, and autogenic training, and never used the word "meditation." However, when I came across the concept of mindfulness, I thought I could teach meditation with peace of mind, and actually started teaching meditation as part of the wellness care at "Love, Learn, Work Women's School®," which I opened 10 years ago. Many of the students have told me about the changes they have experienced since practicing meditation. Speaking of myself, my concentration has improved a lot (I used to work a lot of overtime, but I can go home on time) I used to worry about what other people think, but now I don't care anymore I used to be angry, but now I'm not irritated (I was always an angry person) And the best effect of all is that I've been able to achieve my goals much faster. Many of the students have also said that they have become able to spend their time calmly. I have been meditating for 20 years, but now I want to learn mindfulness again and be able to share the benefits of meditation, so I have obtained a certified mindfulness meditation instructor qualification. I would like to spread the Self Wellness Touch Care® that I released in 2020 so that it can be used as a form of self-care in these times. I hope that you will develop the habit of mindfulness, which focuses your attention on the "here and now" of your busy and noisy brain and mind, and spend your time in health and peace by arranging your mind and body.
