Research psychologist, Let it Slow mindfulness trainer. He learned the method of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) based on conscious presence from internationally recognized specialists in Germany and the USA. In his university course, he introduces medical students to the applicability of mindfulness in healing. He is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Clinical Neurosciences of the University of Pécs, his research topic is the cognitive and emotional status of patients with Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis. He is a long-distance runner, regularly practices yoga and meditates.
