Comedy in three acts by Karl Heinz Barth (digitally edited) Characters and actors: Anton Schmitz (Willy Millowitsch) Senior teacher Hoppeditz (Elsa Scholten) Principal Niggenboell (Franz Schneider) Academic assessor Schmitz (Lotti Krekel) The school inspector (Christian Pippong) Academic assessor Rothe (Bernd Hoffmann) Mrs. Becker (Trude Schneider a. G.) Fritz Becker (Peter Millowitsch) and the fourth-graders (Wolfgang Beginn, Paul Schnitzler, Herbert Rosner, Gottfried Klein, Gerd Sauer, Udo Tschimmel, Reiner Lehmann) Direction: Willy Millowitsch Broadcast from the Millowitsch Theater in Cologne Anton Schmitz is actually 'just' a janitor at a small-town high school, but in reality he is the good soul of the whole school. He gives tutoring, helps his old friend Principal Niggenboell with corrections, and ensures peace and order. Anton is equally popular with students and teachers - with one exception: teacher Hoppeditz.
