Tim Raue is not only one of the best chefs in Germany, he is also in the top league internationally. He became a head chef at the age of 23 before setting up his own business with his then wife. They opened the Tim Raue restaurant, which has had two Michelin stars since 2012. Today he runs seven other restaurants, and a new one in the Berlin TV tower is being planned. But Raue has also built up a broad business portfolio outside of the kitchen.
