During this time, dust a bowl with flour. Add the flour, 20 g oil, dried tomatoes, oregano, rosemary and salt to the mixing bowl, knead for 2 mins/dough setting, transfer to the prepared bowl and cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
