Only this time, instead of working only with the green light of the heart chakra, we will work with all the colors of the 7 chakras, feeling the abundance that is around us, taking it in and integrating it. First, as always, some exercises to enter a state of greater relaxation and concentration. Afterwards, we will work on the energy points of the chakras one by one and do the attraction and regulation work: 1. Feel the energy point 2. Illuminate it with the light that corresponds to the chakra 3. Perceive the energy and what that chakra regulates as if it were already available there 4. Name the words to attract 5. Integrate the energy In general terms, we will work on each aspect of each chakra: First Chakra: Red color. Regulates stability and security Second Chakra: Orange color. Regulates emotions and the ability to be happy Third Chakra: Yellow color. Regulates our intention and ability Fourth Chakra: Green color. Regulates the love we give and receive Fifth Chakra: Light blue color. Regulates communication and creativity Sixth Chakra: Dark blue color.
