Meatballs with potatoes a la importance recipe. With a very creamy sauce and full of flavor. A complete dish, ideal for lunch or dinner. No accompaniments needed. Ingredients: Meatballs 550 g minced meat 2 egg yolks 60-70 g bread 250-300 ml milk 2 garlic cloves 2 sprigs of parsley salt, ground black pepper to taste 4 potatoes (750 g) 2 egg whites 1 egg flour for coating 1 pinch of salt Sauce 2 garlic cloves 2-3 sprigs of parsley 1-2 dashes of food coloring 1 onion 40 g flour 50 ml wine (optional) 700-800 ml water or broth (meat or chicken) salt to taste
