If you've ever wondered how they make the meat salad at the butcher's, then watch this video. ❗❗ After the many critical comments that I didn't make the mayonnaise myself, here is a recipe for YOUR OWN mayonnaise: 1 whole egg 150 ml sunflower oil 1-2 tsp mustard (medium hot) 1 tbsp vinegar (alternatively juice of 1/4 lemon) Salt/pepper ????Put all ingredients except oil in a tall container and mix with a hand blender at highest speed. ????Then (continue at high speed) pour in the oil in a thin stream, initially leaving the blender on the bottom, then gradually pull it up the edge of the container while still adding oil until a firm (desired) consistency is achieved. ????Season to taste and add garlic or horseradish if needed, but that's a matter of taste ❗ (not recommended for meat salad) ????Please only use a neutral oil. Olive oil and rapeseed oil have too intense a taste of their own and that's not good for the mayo. It can also be bitter. ????Here is the recipe for meat salad???? 500 g fine meat sausage (preferably thinly sliced) 350 - 400 g mayonnaise (preferably loose from the butcher, or made yourself) 150 g pickled cucumber 2-3 tbsp cucumber stock 1-2 tbsp herb vinegar Salt/pepper (but only if necessary!) ***The details may vary depending on taste My equipment: Digital kitchen scales: https://amzn.to/40ktM61 Affiliate Disclosure: As an Amazon partner, I earn a little from qualified sales, but there are no additional costs for you!
