In this video I will show you how to make delicious dumplings with meat that won't fall apart when cooked. I will also show you how to make a delicious filling. I recommend it! dumplings: 2 kg potatoes potato flour (1/4) volume of potatoes after cooking salt filling: 1/2 kg minced pork 1/2 teaspoon of spice mix (recipe below) 2 sprigs of thyme (or 1/4 teaspoon dried) 3 cloves of garlic 1 medium onion salt and pepper to taste spice mix: everything in equal proportions smoked paprika light brown sugar (any sugar if there is no brown sugar) granulated garlic onion powdered chili (depending on how spicy you like it)
