???? The story of the McLaren F1 GTR really begins with the man who gave the entire company its name: Bruce McLaren. This character shone with the same intensity both in his engineering work and for his talents behind the wheel. That's why he is one of only three drivers in history to have managed to win a Formula 1 Grand Prix driving their own vehicle. His own work. The other two? Jack Brabham and Dan Gurney.
