This film concerns the fate of three young men, Mahoud, Taleb and Boubacar. In Mauritania, traditions based on nomadic habits are part of daily life. Surrounded by the sands of the Saharan desert, their lives evolve with few surprises. One of the young men lives in the west on the Atlantic coast, another lives in the center of the country on the edge of a strange outcrop that dominates the Adrar plateau. The third is based in the southwest near the Senegal River, where ethnic and cultural mixes are most developed. They are the same age and share the same unique look of confidence and serenity. Their story is that of three simple young men who seek to reflect an ideal and a belief formed by the vast grandeur of the sand and winds of the desert.
