The Berlin Research Association is awarding the 2022 Marthe Vogt Prize to the excellent young scientist Dr. Ahana Aurora Fernandez. The award ceremony will take place as part of Berlin Science Week on November 2nd, 6 p.m., in the House of the Leibniz Association. The Berlin Research Association (FVB) is honoring this year's Marthe Vogt Prize winner Dr. Ahana Aurora Fernandez. She is being honored for her excellent dissertation, which she wrote at the Museum of Natural History Berlin and at the Free University of Berlin. The FVB Board Spokesperson and Director of the Leibniz Institute for Crystal Growth Prof. Thomas Schröder will welcome the guests. We expect Ulrike Gote, Senator for Science, Health, Care and Equality of the State of Berlin, to give the keynote speech. The laudation will be given by PD Dr. Mirjam Knörnschild from the Museum of Natural History.
