There is not a single mention of a prophet’s marriage in the Quran, not a single story about a marriage, except for the story of the marriage of Prophet Musa, peace be upon him. That’s all. Only one prophet. Every story in the Quran has a Divine purpose. Allah chose these stories for our guidance. In fact, marriages happen every day. Out of the hundreds of thousands of prophets who walked the earth, only a few dozen are mentioned in the Quran. And none of their marriages are mentioned in the same way as the marriage of Musa, peace be upon him. This means that we must take wisdom from this story about marriage itself. Allah does not tell us these stories for no reason, not to entertain us. All the stories in the Quran contain certain principles, they contain instructions. #wedding #marriage #marriage #nikah #nikah
