Marie is in the process of taking over her parents' organic farm in Arnsberg in the Sauerland. In order to lead the farm into the future, Marie and her parents are already implementing new ideas: There will no longer be traditional milk production in the future; instead, the calves will stay with their mothers, who will nurse other young animals as wet nurses. In the kindergarten on the farm, she teaches the children what it means to look after an animal. It is important to her to involve the children in the work. Marie also wants to get into so-called solidarity farming (Solawi) and start growing vegetables. With Solawi, a fixed group of customers finances the costs of growing and receives the harvest in return. Marie is very active in sharing information about her work on social networks. Her goal: She wants to create a farm "where many people can find proximity to food or food production. And I want to operate agriculture that is as sustainable as possible, where environmental protection is directly integrated." ???? Did you like this video? Give us a like! Even more 37 degrees: ????
