The South China Morning Post found that from January to November this year, China imported 501.5 billion chips, an increase of almost 15% compared to the same period last year. According to data published by the Beijing General Administration of Customs, $349 billion was spent on semiconductors, an increase of more than 10%, said Marek Meissner, a journalist at ISBiznes.pl in a weekly commentary for ISBnews.TV. ????????????
